Statement
Parker Hannifin (Veriflo Division), located in Richmond, CA, specializes in advanced gas and fluid delivery systems, offering regulators, valves, and flow control devices for precise applications. As part of Parker Hannifin Corporation—a global leader in motion and control technologies founded in 1917—the division contributes to innovative, sustainable solutions across industries such as aerospace, climate control, hydraulics, and process control.
When Parker Hannifin, a valued return client, was looking for office furniture in Richmond, they knew exactly where to go. Their goal was to optimize an open plan office space while ensuring a seamless blend of collaboration and privacy. This project was a full-scale complete office fitout of an open office space layout, an enclosed office space, 4 conference rooms and a partial furnishing of other areas. Through careful planning and a keen eye for detail, we provided an efficient and stylish solution tailored to Parker Hannifin’s functional needs.
To create an efficient workspace for their marketing team, we installed black and grey cubicles featuring cubicles with glass panels. In the marketing office, we implemented two L-shaped modern cubicle furniture workstations, while the open office space was furnished with six similar workstations. Each cubicle included a height adjustable desk corner unit and a sleek black desk pedestal for storage, enhancing both functionality and comfort in the open office space.
We furnished four conference rooms each with a carefully curated business meeting table setup. The first large boardroom, was equipped with a conference table for 12, while the second mid-sized meeting space featured a boat-shaped 12 person conference table with a conference table with power box for seamless connectivity. The third mid-sized conference room was designed for ten participants, incorporating a 10 person conference table with power and data capabilities. Lastly, a smaller meeting room was furnished with a rectangular meeting table, perfect for more intimate discussions.
In addition to the conference rooms, we designed a compact training area. This space was outfitted with three office training tables, providing a flexible setup for in-house training sessions. This adaptable workspace ensures Parker Hannifin employees have access to a well-equipped learning environment that fosters professional development and team engagement.
The project also included supplementary furnishings for four private office areas, which had been previously equipped. To enhance these spaces, we added a small round meeting table, a small square meeting table, and guest office chairs for visitors. Additionally, storage was optimized with a 4-drawer lateral file cabinet, an open shelf bookcase, and a mobile desk pedestal. These elements seamlessly integrated with the existing modern private office furniture to create highly functional executive spaces.
To meet the client’s seating requirements, we supplied 15 mid back conference chairs, three mesh back task chairs for ergonomic support, and 12 mesh guest chairs for visitor seating. These carefully selected chairs ensure maximum comfort, contributing to an efficient and aesthetically cohesive workspace.
